IGNOU DElEd Examination Pattern
Candidates must submit the assignment of IGNOU DElEd before the Term End Examination because without submission of the assignment students will not be able to download the Hall Ticket. IGNOU conducts exams two times a year, in June and December. There will be a preparation time for students before they give exams. Announcement for exam form will be out before September 2025*, before the June term-end exam.
Students must complete both theory and practical work to develop their skills and understand the educational concepts. Grading system is divided into two sections, internal assessment and term-end examination. The breakout exam marks are- assignment and practical exam for this course assignments consists of 30% marks and the term end examination (written exam) consists of 70%. After combining these two sections students will get an evaluation. Students need at least a 35% passing mark in both practical and theory to clear the passing eligibility criteria.
